Columbia Tournament endorses Marlin Ruler

The annual Club De Pesca De Cartagena has endorsed the Release Ruler for the upcoming event. "We are promoting catch and release of billfish in our event and teaching anglers and crew to measure marlin and safely release them is a win win for all," says tournament representative Pedro Rodriguez. The event will supply one Marlin Release Ruler to each team participating in the event.
